The FläktGroup® SEMCOTM Unitary Wheel Cassette (UWC) Series features a Classic Cassette and a Cross Cassette line.
The Classic Cassette features narrower cassette dimensions while offering the same quality and performance customers have come to expect from a FläktGroup SEMCO wheel. Our UWC series has been independently tested in accordance with ASHRAE 84 and verified to assure the equipment will perform accurately and consistently. Featuring fast adsorption of moisture, the UWC line recovers both sensible and latent energy.
The Classic Cassette line includes the Classic Cassette and the Classic High-Efficiency Cassette. The Classic Cassette media employs a larger flute size, resulting in lower pressure loss and performance at the lowest product cost.
The Classic High-Efficiency Cassette media employs a smaller flute size, resulting in higher recovery performance at a slightly higher pressure loss and product cost.
FläktGroup SEMCO also offers a Unitary Wheel Cassette line called the Cross Casette. This line features the same quality and performance as the Classic Cassette. However, the Cross Cassettes are broader than the Classic line. Media depths are available in 4" and 6".
These wheels offer both sensible and latent energy recovery and do so more effectively than any competitive offerings. The Cross Cassette line is also corrosion resistant and lightweight.
